B2 Micro Technologies, LLC (B2 Micro) is committed to sound ethical practices and full compliance with all laws and regulations. We support and respect the protection of human
rights.

We believe in treating people with respect and dignity and incorporate these principles into our business processes and relationships. On August 22, 2012, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission issued final conflict minerals under Section 1502, the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform, and Consumer Protection Act (Conflict Mineral Rule). The Dodd-Frank Act and its related rules require publicly traded companies to disclose whether the products they manufacture or contract to manufacture contain Conflict Minerals that are sourced from mines, refiners, or smelters in the Democratic Republic of the Congo region and nine adjoining Countries (together, the “Covered Countries”) – a practice which has been found to contribute to the severe abuse of human rights.

Conflict minerals are defined as cassiterite, columbite-tantalite (coltan), gold, wolframite, and their derivatives, which are limited to tin tantalum and tungsten. In accordance with the act, companies must determine whether any conflict minerals origination in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or adjoining countries are necessary in the functionality or production of their manufactured product.

B2 Micro is a privately held company and has no reporting responsibility to the SEC. B2 Micro is an independent distributor of electronic components. As B2 Micro is not a manufacturer, we do not source directly from smelters, refiners, or mines in any country. B2 Micro utilizes due diligence to evaluate our suppliers. Should B2 Micro source from a supplier that provides materials or components that contain tin, tantalum, tungsten, and/or gold, such supplier would be reviewed and approved based on the supplier’s ability to assure conflict free minerals only are used in any products supplied to B2 Micro.

As applicable, B2 Micro will require suppliers to provide compliance documentation.
